Meet Dominique Ruggieri, PhD

Dr. Ruggieri is an Ivy League educator, researcher, and passionate public health advocate. She currently serves as the Associate Director of Teaching Support and Innovation, Capstone Director, and a core faculty member in the Master of Public Health (MPH) Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine. In addition, she is the founder and CEO of BonVie Health and Nutrition Consulting, and the Director of Qualitative Research and a board member for AIms Innovations.

With a wealth of experience in study development, program planning, qualitative research, communication coaching, and health promotion, Dr. Ruggieri is dedicated to addressing a wide range of health issues. In addition to more than two decades as a university educator, she finds great joy in consulting and collaborating with individuals and organizations to tackle exciting challenges together.

Dr. Ruggieri is known for her warm, motivating style—she meets clients where they are and works alongside them to achieve their goals. She’s committed to delivering accurate, thoughtful, and insightful guidance, helping clients to build the skills they need and to develop practical, evidence based solutions.
